Boutique hotels are often luxurious in some way, though many are affordable, and will posses a certain charm. They are more personalized in that they have a comfortable, and intimate ambience, and they offer something different than the typical large chain hotel/accommodation. That said, the overuse of the term boutique has caused some confusion. In short, boutique hotels are more unique and typically run by people or companies offering a small collection.
What makes a hotel 'Ultra Luxury'?
One source defined it as, "a pleasure out of the ordinary allowed to oneself". This is a term a bit open to interpretation, since everyone's everyday lifestyle differs, their perception of what is out of the ordinary varies as well. In general, a resort that we feel is Ultra Luxury would offer something unique, and above and beyond what is commonly found at a Luxury hotel.
How do I make a reservation with My Boutique Travel?
There are 2 options, you can book online on our website, or you can call us to book it for you. We do require a credit card and pre-payment in order to confirm something, but the payment and cancellation policies vary by property and arrival date.
Also, if you see something that you like, and it doesn't appear that you can book it online, always call us because it may be available upon request. We will hunt down what you need if not!

Typically, we take a deposit at the time of booking, and the the remainder of the payment closer to arrival. It is best to read the specific policy online, or call us for clarification, and insurance is always good piece of mind!
What can I book with My Boutique Travel?
We specialize in luxury and and boutique accommodation, as well as activities, help organizing retreats and special occasions, and even groups. We will even make dinner reservations, and provide information on the area. We can arrange your flights as a third party, should you request assistance with them. In short, we book awesome vacations, catered to your unique interests.
How does an 'Oceanview' unit differ from an Oceanfront unit?
Oceanview units are typically the rooms that have a view of the ocean from a higher level room, but not necessarily right on the beach. They do vary as some properties are not a high rise, and they can even be ground level, but the main factor is a good view of the ocean.
Oceanfront units are just as they sound, right on the beach, and typically the unit would have direct beach access. These may be ground level, or a higher level, this varies, but these will be the units closest to the beach-as in, ON it. Others may also refer to these units as 'Beachfront' as well, because everyone knows in the travel industry we can't seem to just use the same consistent terms, that would be too easy!
Are airport transfers included?
We will always review the details of how to get to your property when you call us. They are generally not included in the room rate, but can usually be arranged by the hotel concierge if requested. We can always look into options for you, and anything included in your rate will be clearly outlined in the room info if you are booking online.
