Welcome to Petit St. Vincent, a veritable paradise in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where you come to reconnect with nature and with yourself. This privately owned island sanctuary of softly rolling hills and white sand beach enables total relaxation and harmony – and as soon as you arrive, gliding up by boat, you’ll instantly feel energized and inspired. This is your vacation, and you’re about to do it right. Complete peace and serenity are to be expected at the newly renovated Petit St. Vincent, where you’re treated with outstanding service as you live the way you wish to live in your luxurious cottage by the sea. As a digital detox, there’s no phone, TV, or internet on the island – which may be nerve-wracking for some and a welcome respite for others. Whichever way you cut it, you’re in for unbridled authenticity here at this unpretentious and sublimely charming boutique resort.

Q: What are the rooms like?

A: The 22 newly renovated cottages and villas are tranquil and secluded, offering a harmonious balance between tropical wilderness and genuine luxury. The rooms are liberated from connection with the outside world, as we mentioned, yet the creature comforts are of the highest quality. 16 units are one-bedrooms with separate living rooms and the remainder are two-bedroom classics. All the cottages and villas are so soothing and feature stunning views and a feeling of this being your own private island, connected with it all. Lay in the hammock or lounge on the large patios in the open air living and soak up the good life.

Q: I want to be pampered. How is the spa?

A: Sensational. The Hillside Spa is the perfect space to be pampered and channel the purity of Caribbean vibe into your own energy and feel revitalized and rejuvenated. The crack team of spa therapists ensure you’re in good hands, and their intuitive methods will help you fully appreciate your vacation away from the daily grind. With four open-air (with optional air-conditioned) treatment rooms, you can choose from a wide variety of delights. Or just meditate on the relaxation deck in total serenity; elevated and connected.

Q: What activities are available?

A: Yoga is one of the more popular activities at the peaceful Petit St Vincent, where guests visit the yoga pavilion overlooking Conch Bay to immerse themselves in the natural rhythms of the island – and stretch their bodies and minds. Water sports are of course available, with such non-motorized activities as kayaking, windsurfing, Hobie Cats, or snorkeling in the warm sea. If you’re feeling more adventurous you can arrange a deep sea fishing trip or some amazing scuba diving. On-land activities include lots of excellent hiking opportunities and many guests enjoy a good jog around the island, or a match on the lit tennis courts. There’s great golf on a neighboring island, if you’re interested. Or go sailing around the nearby bays and reefs on a private or shared charter; the rest of the Grenadines are just waiting to be explored.screen-shot-2013-09-06-at-1-53-50-pm
Q: How is Petit St Vincent for dining?

A: Phenomenal; my mouth is watering just imagining it. Main Restaurant features locally caught or grown ingredients that add up to tantalizing taste sensations. Beach Restaurant lets you dine with your bare feet in the sand, where yachtsmen pull up and share their stories. Experience a barbeque on the beach, lounging around the fire pits on comfy couches. Enjoy room service or a picnic at the dreamiest date spot. Your taste memories will be fired right up.

Q: How is it for weddings?

A: Honestly? Nothing short of magical. PSV specializes in personalized weddings, planned to perfection so you can be assured of a legendary experience. Anniversaries or special celebrations, whatever the reason or the size, from intimate ceremony to a full island rental, you’ll find it here. There are several mind-blowing spots in which to celebrate, such as the Atlantic Pier, the Beach, Conch Bay Gazebo, and Telescope Hill.

Q: Are there any special deals available?

A: For the 2013/2014 season, you can stay seven nights for the price of five. Two free days in paradise? Yes please.
